AI Policy on the Recruitment Process

While Pharming acknowledges the growth and utility of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a tool in a professional setting, we are committed to maintaining a recruitment process that accurately reflects each candidate’s individual capabilities. Candidates are expected to present their own ideas, experiences, and qualifications throughout the hiring process. Therefore, the use of AI tools to generate real-time responses or assist during live interviews or presentations is strictly prohibited.

Candidates may not use AI tools for:

  • Transcribing or recording interviews or other discussions during the hiring process.
  • Generating real-time responses during live interviews.
  • Using transcription or prompt-based tools to answer questions during interviews or presentations.
  • Creating content for a presentation unless explicitly permitted.
  • Creating work samples.

If AI-generated content is submitted as a part of a portfolio or presentation, it must be disclosed. Failure to disclose AI use where required may result in disqualification from the recruitment process. 

Pharming may choose to disregard any content or responses that appear to have been generated by AI tools in violation of this policy when evaluating a candidate’s suitability for a position.  Pharming may consider any violations of this policy in its overall assessment of a candidate.
