About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal and Business Integrity Intern to support our Legal and Compliance team. This internship offers valuable exposure to multi-jurisdictional legal matters in the pharmaceutical industry, while enhancing your research, analytical, and drafting skills. The role is ideal for a law student or recent graduate with a keen interest in contract and health law.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research on a variety of compliance topics as required.
  • Assist in reviewing and translating contracts.
  • Support basic contractual revisions and amendments for EU and Rest of World (ROW) jurisdictions.
  • Perform regulatory research on compliance issues such as sanctions, healthcare professional (HCP) engagement, internal training language requirements, and genetic testing.
  • Attend and participate in weekly team meetings.
  • Support the Legal and Business Integrity function in day-to-day tasks.
  • Assist in creating and updating internal training materials and processes.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, ideally with a specialization in contract law or health law.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong Swedish writing skills are highly desirable.
  • Strong legal research and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to independently manage and deliver on assigned projects.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a collaborative attitude
