Purpose of the role:
The SAP Support Analyst is responsible for the execution of SAP Support activities and Master Data Management.

 

Responsibilities:

SAP Support 

  • Manage and resolve incidents, issues, service requests from business. 
  • Coordinate and ensure timely resolution of open tickets from business with our SAP support partner.
  • Create a knowledge base tailored to support the business in relation to SAP.
  • Execute access and authorization management activities.
  • Maintain and update work instructions, SAP trainings matrix, forms, and workflows.
  • Execute ad hoc (project) support activities as needed.
  • Perform IT Controls to ensure SOX compliance, document, and upload evidence in Audit Board.
  • Generate periodic reports on key performance indicators. 

Master Data Management

  • Responsible for accurate execution Master Data Management requests (Customer, Vendor, Material, Pricing Conditions, Info records and Financial Master Data)
  • Manage and resolve Master Data incidents and identify opportunities for improving Data Management processes. 
  • Critically assess data requests on correctness, completeness, and integrity. Provide feedback and support to ensure standards and requirements are met.
  • Act as key representative for Master Data Management in SAP projects.

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Finance, or ICT related field
  • Min. 2 years professional hands-on experience with SAP
  • Knowledge of one or more SAP modules PP, QM, MM, SD, FI, CO
  • Experience with Master Data processing
  • Experience in with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
